I've Never Done This Before...‏

Hey darren, It's here... The all-new Best of BetterNetworker is hot off the press! And featured in this month's issue is none other than the venerable industry leader, Daegan Smith. If you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Daegan, you know that he's a REALLY fun guy to be around. He's also incredibly smart, not to mention a freakin' whiz at traffic generation! Now I could go on and on about how awesome this month's BoBN is, and what you'd be missing out on by not clicking here to go read it (it's totally free for everyone). But instead, I'm going to do something a little different. Something I've never done before...I'll stop "flappin' my gums" and let the issue speak for itself! ;-) Here's just a little taste of what Daegan reveals inside... "Here’s what most people do: They start a home business with a lot of excitement and expectations. Then they hit a couple of roadblocks and get really distraught emotionally. Then they start to have really negative thoughts like they’re not good enough, they’ve destroyed their lives, or they’ve been 'lied to.' Somewhere in this negative pool of emotions they decide to stop. They quit because they’re in a heightened emotional state, and they make a short-sighted decision right there on the spot and sabotage their long-term goal. "The biggest challenge for me has been to find a way to become more positive when I’ve found myself in those moments. Everything can’t be good all the time. That’s not life. I have to focus on how I can get through those weird times without doing something I’ll regret. So I ask myself, How can I get back to the 'cool' place? And working through those things has led my business to become about the things I really love to do and how can I keep doing more of them every day. Inevitably, the more I keep myself in the positive place, the better my business does." Want to read the rest of Daegan's interview? Click here to download the entire BoB'N today! To your success, Jason Better
